This first episode I, your host, Amanda Davis explain how the Dark Mirror came to be what it is and the intense shadow I had to unpack this summer to birth this deeply inspired offering in the most authentic way possible. Its deeply vulnerable, but this is the nature of what I am creating here. For others to share there stories and what has helped them become more whole and healed. Sharing our shadow stories helps others see that shadow work is deeply personal and looks different for everyone. We all need to embrace vulnerability, showing our humanity and acknowledging that none of us have it all together, no matter how it may seem on social media. Life is messy, and we all have work to do—now and always.
